Au.D., F-AAA – Doctor of Audiology
Rebecca McDonald is a dedicated audiologist with over 18 years of experience providing exceptional hearing care to patients of all ages. Her passion for audiology is rooted in her commitment to improving quality of life through better hearing and personalized patient care.
Dr. McDonald’s extensive background spans private practice, the Veteran’s Administration, and audiology research at The Medical University of South Carolina. Most recently, she served as faculty at Texas Woman’s University, where she helped train the next generation of hearing healthcare professionals.
She earned both her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Audiology (Au.D.) from Vanderbilt University, one of the nation’s top programs, and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences at Louisiana Tech University. McDonald is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA) and remains active in the professional audiology community.
Outside of her clinical work, McDonald enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, practicing yoga, reading, and spending time with her family. Her well-rounded background and compassionate approach make her a trusted partner in helping patients achieve their hearing health goals.
